Dr. Clarence K. Moniba
Director of Partnerships & Resource Mobilization
Dr. Clarence K. Moniba, Ph.D is a former Liberian government official and the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Center for Women and Development’s Director of Partnerships & Resource Mobilisation. He was the youngest person in Liberia’s history to be named Minister of State without Portfolio, as well as the Chairman of the Board of the Liberia Electricity Corporation.
In addition, Dr. Moniba served as a Principal Advisor and Project Manager to the President of Liberia and was a leading figure in infrastructure development in Liberia from 2014 – 2018.
Throughout his career, Dr. Moniba has held a number of additional high-profile positions included Head of the Diaspora Engagement Unit, the Philanthropy Secretariat, and the President’s Delivery Unit, which oversaw the implementation of priority projects.
